Have you tried any of the suggestions in that thread? (Details may be different, since the other thread is about Word for Windows.)

OK, then you will have to share an actual document in Word format, so that I can have a closer look.

The underlying issue is that all of what should be body content has for some reason been put into one huge table. That in itself will present numerous challenges.

More specifically, the first row of the table is specified to have a Height of At Least: 10.69" which makes it too tall to fit on the first page. That row height specification overrides the Allow row to break... property.

If you want to keep content in table cells, you will have to make sure that table rows are not taller than the distance between page margins. As a general rule, you should insert a new row at least once per page.

Nested tables (tables within other tables) are usually not necessary. They add complexity to a document.

I would suggest that you put most of the content in the main body of the document, that is, I suggest that you do not make use of tables unless you really have to.

Well, the immediate "quick fix" would be to click in the first row, go into the Table Properties for the row & clear the check for Specify Height... But I'm not sure what the impact may be on the remainder of the document.

As Stefan suggests, the best approach would be to rework or recreate the document without basing it on a Table. Tables should be adjuncts as content of a document, not the foundation for the document as a whole.
